"Good News from St. Peter's Lutheran Church" is a radio program heard weekly each Sunday over a local radio station, WLDS in Jacksonville at 1180 AM on your radio dial starting at 9:15 am. Many people work together to bring the messages over the air each week. Wes Hendricker and Chad Phelps provide the messages, Two by Two provides the music, Shirley Paul is the announcer and various members read the scripture readings for each day..Helene Sue Hendricker schedules the volunteers to assist with the program. Shirley Paul & Helene Sue have been involved with the Radio Recording since the ministry began in 1974. On April 7, 2024, we celebrated 50 years of ministry in worship that morning and by giving thank you gifts to Shirley & Helene Sue for their service.
